Trust and integrity are never ending with it comes to development and improvements of these characteristics in the six sigma black belt training. The on going quest for deeper process knowledge to better function in a diversified working environment. Advanced degree-ed individuals have advanced thinking skills, Six sigma and ISO knowledge as well as skill sets and procedures for other quality controls are the most desirable.
Successful black belt training projects can sometimes be sabotaged. Some well known factors that will cause failure is non support by the champion or sponsor, low or no attendance of green belt personnel, master black belts that have become too busy function as mentors, poor or very little effective interaction between six sigma personnel or having the outcome of the project decided by the senior management staff. This easily shows the scattered mindset of personnel, before the project gets underway, almost assuring its failure.
